How Your Group May Partner or Network with the SMC nWe recognize not every person will participate in YWAM’s Discipleship Training School (DTS) and, therefore, not everyone will become a YWAMer. For this reason a key strategy of the SMC is partnership with student organizations, churches, NGO’s, companies, and other colleges/universities. The following are a partnering with the SMC may begin by participating in one or more of the following: n1. SMC seminar or consultation. n2. Serve as an international resource teacher. A Resource Teacher to UofN Schools must be a believer in and follower of Christ and reflect the values we share in Youth With A Mission and give only short term input in to the students and staff. n3. Host student volunteers through Converge, the missions platform. Learn more about becoming a Host Field Partner. n4. If you are a student, choose a dual enrollment with the University of the Nations. Many UofN students have also pursued their college education through course work in other universities. However, to be enrolled, every UofN student must first complete a Discipleship Training School (DTS) and Field Assignment (IDS 701 & IDS 702). nLet us know if you have questions.
